BravoPlay

This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy sets out the obligations, procedures and standards that BravoPlay applies to all accounts registered at bravo-casino.nl. BravoPlay is operated by Bantom Limited, a company registered in the Seychelles. As a responsible operator, Bantom Limited is committed to preventing financial crime, detecting suspicious activity, and ensuring that BravoPlay is never used as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial misconduct.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy applies to every customer who registers, deposits, plays, or withdraws funds at bravo-casino.nl, regardless of the payment method used or the currency transacted. It also applies to all staff and third-party service providers who handle customer data, process payments, or otherwise act on behalf of BravoPlay.

The objectives of this Policy are to:

2. Legal Framework

Bantom Limited operates BravoPlay in accordance with internationally recognised AML standards, including the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). Although BravoPlay is operated under a Seychelles registration, the operator voluntarily aligns its compliance practices with the principles underlying the European Union's Anti-Money Laundering Directives and other leading regulatory frameworks applicable to online gambling. This commitment reflects BravoPlay's determination to uphold best practice regardless of the minimum requirements attached to its operating jurisdiction.

3. What Is Money Laundering?

Money laundering is the process by which criminally obtained funds are introduced into the legitimate financial system in a way that conceals their true origin. In the context of online gambling, this may involve depositing funds derived from criminal activity, placing wagers to create a transaction record, and then withdrawing ostensibly "clean" winnings. BravoPlay is alert to this risk and has implemented controls designed to detect and disrupt such behaviour at every stage.

The three recognised stages of money laundering are:

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

KYC verification is a mandatory requirement for all customers at bravo-casino.nl. No withdrawal will be processed until a customer's account has been fully verified. BravoPlay strongly encourages customers to complete verification immediately after registration to avoid any delay when a withdrawal is requested. Verification processing targets are described in Section 9 below.

4.1 Standard Verification Documents

To verify their account, customers must provide clear, readable copies or scans of the following documents:

4.2 Enhanced Due Diligence

In certain circumstances, BravoPlay may require additional documentation beyond the standard set. This Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process is triggered where:

In EDD cases, BravoPlay may request one or more of the following:

Customers who are unable or unwilling to provide the requested documentation may have their withdrawal requests suspended and their accounts restricted pending review.

5. Age Verification

BravoPlay operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 may register an account or place a wager at bravo-casino.nl. Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC process. Where there is any doubt about a customer's age, BravoPlay will restrict access to real-money play until the customer's age has been confirmed by documentary evidence. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

6. Customer Risk Assessment

BravoPlay assigns a risk rating to each customer at the point of registration and reviews that rating on an ongoing basis throughout the customer relationship. Risk ratings inform the level of due diligence applied and the frequency of ongoing monitoring. Factors considered in the risk assessment include, but are not limited to:

Risk ratings may be revised upward at any time if new information or activity warrants it.

7. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and Sanctions

A Politically Exposed Person is an individual who holds, or has held within the preceding twelve months, a prominent public function, or who is a close family member or known associate of such a person. By virtue of their position, PEPs present a higher risk of exposure to bribery and corruption.

BravoPlay screens all customers against recognised PEP and sanctions databases at the point of registration and on a periodic basis thereafter. Customers identified as PEPs, or as subject to international sanctions imposed by bodies such as the United Nations, European Union, or OFAC, will not be permitted to hold active accounts at bravo-casino.nl. Accounts that trigger a sanctions match will be suspended immediately pending review by the compliance team.

8. Ongoing Transaction Monitoring

BravoPlay monitors account activity on a continuous basis using a combination of automated systems and manual review. The following patterns may indicate suspicious activity and will trigger a review or escalation:

BravoPlay's withdrawal limits — €5,000 per week and €10,000 per month — form part of the financial controls applied to all accounts. These limits help to manage risk at a portfolio level and may be subject to further restriction on individual accounts where a risk review is in progress.

9. Withdrawal Processing and KYC Holds

All withdrawal requests at bravo-casino.nl are subject to an internal review period of up to 24 hours. Once the review is complete and verification requirements have been satisfied, funds are processed within three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is €30.

Where a withdrawal is submitted by a customer whose KYC verification is incomplete, the following procedure applies:

Customers are strongly advised to submit their KYC documents promptly after registration to ensure that withdrawals can be processed without unnecessary delay.

10. Accepted Currencies and Payment Methods

BravoPlay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in EUR and USD via card (Visa and Mastercard), in EUR via e-payment methods, and in a range of cryptocurrencies as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific withdrawal methods may depend on the method used to deposit. Where the primary deposit method is not available for withdrawal, alternative options including crypto or e-payment methods may be offered.

Regardless of the payment method or currency used, all transactions are subject to the same KYC and AML controls described in this Policy. Cryptocurrency transactions do not confer any exemption from verification requirements. BravoPlay may request additional documentation to verify the ownership of a cryptocurrency wallet used for deposits or withdrawals.

Payment Category Currencies Supported KYC Required
Card (Visa / Mastercard) EUR, USD Yes — standard POPM required
Cryptocurrency Varies by coin (see cashier) Yes — wallet ownership may be verified
ePayments EUR Yes — account ownership confirmation required

11. Suspicious Activity Reporting

Where BravoPlay's compliance team identifies activity that is suspected to involve money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, it will file a report with the relevant financial intelligence unit or competent authority in accordance with applicable legal requirements. BravoPlay is legally prohibited from disclosing to the customer concerned (or to any third party) that such a report has been made — a principle known as "tipping off". Customers whose accounts are under AML investigation will not be informed of the specific reason for any account restriction applied during that period.

12. Record Keeping

BravoPlay retains all KYC documents, transaction records, and AML-related correspondence for a minimum period of five years from the date the relevant activity occurred or the customer relationship ended, whichever is later. Records are stored securely and are accessible to the compliance team and, where legally required, to competent authorities. Customer data is handled in accordance with BravoPlay's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

13. Staff Training and Internal Controls

All personnel involved in customer account management, payments processing, or compliance functions at BravoPlay are required to be familiar with the contents of this Policy and with their individual obligations under it. Training is provided at induction and refreshed on a regular basis. BravoPlay maintains an appointed compliance function responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of AML and KYC procedures, reviewing escalated cases, and ensuring that this Policy remains current and effective.

14. Responsible Gambling and AML

BravoPlay recognises that responsible gambling controls and AML controls are complementary. Financial behaviour that is inconsistent with a customer's stated means may indicate not only a potential AML concern but also a potential problem gambling issue. Where such concerns arise, BravoPlay will consider both dimensions. Self-exclusion tools and other responsible gambling features are available to all customers at bravo-casino.nl. Customers who wish to take a break are encouraged to contact the support team via live chat or email — available in Dutch — or to access the self-exclusion options directly from their account settings.

15. Sanctions for Non-Compliance

Customers who provide false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation in connection with KYC or AML requirements will have their accounts closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with BravoPlay's General Terms and Conditions and applicable legal requirements. BravoPlay reserves the right to report such conduct to the appropriate authorities.

16. Policy Review

This AML / KYC Policy is reviewed periodically by BravoPlay's compliance function and updated as necessary to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or operational practice. The most current version of this Policy is always available at bravo-casino.nl. Customers are encouraged to review it regularly. Continued use of the platform following any material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

17. Contact
